Yes. Bareq retains a supervision fee, a percentage of the total project value, which covers delivery management, quality assurance, and confirmed delivery. It reflects the Pillar's ownership of scope, team, and timeline.

Yes. A Pillar owns the outcome end to end and delivers to a professional-services standard. If it ships late or short, that is on us. Delivery is confirmed, not crossed fingers.

It means we ship software meant to run in the real world with real users, not a slide-deck prototype that looks good in a demo but breaks in production.

Each party provides inputs, approvals, and access on time. If a project exceeds the agreed deadline, Bareq leads an investigation to find the cause, and the party responsible for the blocking is billed for the impact. Our schedules also carry a 10% time buffer.

A working demo is delivered every month, chaired by your Pillar. Once our observability dashboard is live, you will also have a real-time view of every stage, milestone, and payment.

Payments are tied to milestones:

• 20% deposit on signing, applied as project credits.
• 30% when the first major MVP demo is accepted.
• 50% on final delivery and acceptance.

All payments run through Bareq's automated payment system, connected to an Egyptian bank.

Late delivery of requirements, approvals, or access by either party (what we call blocking) may incur additional fees, so timelines stay fair to everyone.

The first two weeks are dedicated to requirements gathering and end in a signed requirements baseline. From there, requirements are aligned on a rolling window of about two weeks per cycle through your nominated points of contact.

Up to 20% major changes to the agreed requirements are accommodated within the engagement. Your technical Pillar decides whether a change is major or minor. Changes beyond that use a written change request and may adjust timeline and fees.

UAT is User Acceptance Testing, the window where you validate the final product against the agreed acceptance criteria. It runs for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 days after final delivery.

Yes. Every engagement includes an NDA and IP assignment, set out in an annex to your Project Agreement Guidelines. Unlike an open marketplace, you are working through an accountable consultancy, not handing your idea to a stranger.

Yes. Engagements adhere to applicable data-protection, security, and regulatory requirements, with security controls documented in your agreement.

Primary communication runs through a dedicated Slack or Discord channel, depending on your engagement agreement. Your Pillar owns all communication and governance, chairs the monthly demo, and is your single point of accountability.
